We charge a simple one-time setup fee of $2,000 to get your firm fully configured and running smoothly from day one. This ensures your ATO downloads, templates, user access, and delivery methods are all set up correctly and ready to go.

How are payments made?
All plans are billed monthly via direct debit or credit card. We don’t offer invoicing or manual payment methods.
How do you choose which plan we’re on?
When you sign up, we’ll automatically put you on the plan that fits your practice based on the number of clients you manage. No calculations, no guesswork — we’ll take care of it for you.
What happens if we go over our plan limit?
Your success shouldn’t cause stress. If you exceed your client limit, we’ll let you know in advance and upgrade your plan automatically to keep everything running perfectly.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days’ notice, effective from the end of the month. CorpDocs does not require lock-in contracts.
Do you charge per user?
No. There are no monthly user fees. Your whole team can access Corp Docs according to your firm’s permissions.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. If you choose annual billing, you’ll receive two months free (pay for 10, get 12).
